Will BJTOTO break up bolinger band squeeze?

BJTOTO last dividend was declare on 18/06/2010 (Second interim single tier exempt dividend of 8 sen per share) It was under my expectation, may refer earlier sharing: http://stocktalk-quah.blogspot.com/2010/06/will-bjtoto-declare-dividend.html 

So, how about this round? What's my view & opinion?

Around mid of Sept 2010, BJTOTO will announce the quarter report, will it declare the attractive dividend to boost up the stock price?

From insider action, insider has acquire certain volume since last week. Untill 24 August 2010, no disposed action. So, more or less, we can suspect it will declare dividend on coming quarter announcement. BTW, we still need to monitor closely coming few days, see is that other insider also acquired the stock OR any major shareholder dispose the stock.  

From technical view, the chart is forming bolinger band squueze, will it breakout OR break down? Is definite depend on the dividend. No matter trader or investor also eyes on their dividend payout. So now the price is keep consolidate around RM4.15

Let watch closely how it perform this few days.

Finally OSK break up bolinger band squeeze

On my earlier sharing, Will OSK break up bolinger band squeeze?

After took nearby 3 months consolidate, finally OSK break up on 19 August 2010 with huge volume.

I am predict that OSK will announce the flying color quarter result & attractive dividend.

Will OSK break up bolinger band squeeze?

From the chart, OSK stock price has been consolidate for around TWO months, forming bolinger band squueze.... 

On 29 July 2010, dogi candlestick was formed.

On 30 July 2010, there are ppl start acquire the stock.

So, what do you think? Will it break up?

Let review OSK dividend payout history, as shown on above.

Around end Of August OR early September, OSK will declare their dividend.

Economy pick up, finance stock sure make profit (pls refer last quarter result, which announced on 25/05/2010), I believe that coming quarter result will more attract ppl. Perhaps OSK will declare attractive dividend boot up the stock price. 

I am predict, this round it will declare around 5  up to 10 cent dividend.

DIALOG update...

From my earlier blog, Will DIALOG break up bolinger band squeeze?

Till today, the stock $$$ is start move up...

Seem like a good sign that it will break up bolinger band soon!

At earlier stage, EPF dispose a lot of quantity...In between, it do acquire back certain quantity...

Then we can see Dialog perform a lot of share buy back BUT no news coming out boost up the stock...

This week, announce New insider, Kamariyah Binti Hamdan...

Now the $$$ is start move...

From the tentative above, what can you comment?

I believe there are strong hand dispose the stock & another strong party acquire the quantity,

so the bolinger band squeeze for quite long. Now new insider has been announce, situation is quite clear. Perhaps it will boost up the $$$ soon...

27/05/2010 : announced AWARD FROM CHIYODA SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED

Share buy back since 31 May 2010 till 24 June 2010

31 May 2010 (Cumulative net outstanding treasury shares as at to-date (units):7,775,271)

24 June 2010 (Cumulative net outstanding treasury shares as at to-date (units):17,273,671)

 

Total share buy back since 6 May till 24 June 2010, 16,708,900 units (approx 2 months)

I predict DIALOG will announce some GOOD NEWS soon.

What's the good news? Dividend, share split, bonus issue, awarded new project?

According to dividend payout history, next dividend should be announce on coming OCT. Added, 10 Feb 2010, has been give out bonus, bonus of 2 for 5. So, how about share split & awarded new project?

As my point of view, high probability will be awarded new project, just waiting for official announcement.  Normally share split & bonus issue is come together OR either 1 of it only.

Will BJTOTO Declare Dividend?

BJTOTO last dividend was declare on 15/06/2009
This week BJTOTO will announce the quarter report, will it declare the attractive dividend since 2009 ?

From insider action, insider has acquire certain volume last week. BUT, compare 2009 the volume was much more less. Added, there is NO share buy back perform this few week. So, % of declare dividend is less. OR, the dividend might not as attractive as 2009.

From technical view, the chart has been close the gap. So, once dividend declare it will shoot up. How bullish will it be? It fully depend on how much dividend payout.

Technical Analysis: Doji Candlestick

A lot of stock has been retrace down (oversold stage), a simple candlestick formed, that's the opportunity to entry. However, if DOJI formed at overbought stage, time to exist take profit. DOJI candlestick= Reversal candlestick!

Let see a few real example to enhance your confident level.

BJTOTO was retrace down from RM4.64 to RM4.16 without any rebound!

On 27 May 2010, BJTOTO was formed DOJI. 

Pls watch closely avoid miss the opportunity!

KKB was retrace down from RM2,23 to RM1.50 without any rebound!

On 26 May 2010, KKB was formed DOJI. 

On 27 May 2010, KKB rebound 4.5%

KNM

KKB was retrace down from RM2,23 to RM1.50 without any rebound!

On 28 April & 26 May 2010, KNM was formed DOJI. 

On 29 April rebound 6.9% & 27 May 2010 rebound 5.2%

TM

TM was retrace down from RM3,43 to RM3.08 without any rebound!

On 24 May 2010, TM was formed DOJI. 

On 26 & 27 May 2010, TM rebound 4.8%
