(I) PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE

Bonus issue of 25,081,600 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in YLC (“Shares”) (“Bonus Shares”), to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of two (2) Bonus Shares for every five (5) existing Shares held in the Company on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”);

(II) PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT

Share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) YLC Share held into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in YLC (“Proposed Share Split”);

As today, seem like already overbought on this counter, from  RM2.30 up till RM3.28 still not yet retrace down doing correction.

KKB had been doing 2 correction & 1 month consolidation before break UP RM7.00

HAIO had been doing 3 correction before share split & bonus issue. 

So, once correction is coming, there is a lot opportunity to buy this stock.
